I've attended a number of different classes and courses by Bella Fuego, the Radiant Woman 8 week course, Embodied Dance and most recently her Intermediate Fire Dancing Course. Each time feels so special as she has created a really sweet, safe and nurturing space to learn and express as a woman growing & discovering more about herself through movement. I love that she weaves spirituality and ritual into her dance and teaching style, as dancing, for many, is the language of the soul. She starts her classes with beautiful grounding meditations and embodiment practices. It can be rare to find all of this in a dance class so thank you Bella for the beautiful work & community you are creating. I recently participated in Bella’s Intermediate Fan and Double Staff workshop. I have been watching Bella over the years and have always been inspired by her embodiment and expression. I have been dancing and fire performing for many years and it was so lovely to learn from Bella first hand and incorporate her teachings into my flow.
